Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-3 calendar days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom Orders:

If your order includes customized or personalized items, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. 

Domestic Shipping

- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

International Shipping

- Standard International Shipping: 10-14 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with a range of reputable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For international orders, please provide a physical address as our carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Spicy Sweaters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Spicy Sweaters is not liable for any products lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at katja.bostock@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Spicy Sweaters is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
