These Shirts Help Heal

Disaster Relief

So many have lost their homes due to recent natural disasters.

The implications, the feelings, the extend to which one is affected by loosing one's home are difficult to fathom. A home is not just a place to eat and sleep. A home provides a safe place. A place to gather and to keep treasures from one's past.

When Hurricane Ida pushed 4 1/2 feet of muddy water into my kitchen and made me and my family homeless overnight, a cup of coffee handed to me by my friend gave me hope. It seems so simple and temporary but it helped me to remember a feeling of normalcy.

We need you!

Let us nurture the one's in need, provide food and show kindness.

Wear one of these shirts and inspire others to join! We need you to spread the word!

Receiving food from a caring stranger is an incredible feeling of wamth and safety.

I want that for everyone in disaster areas. Mercy Chefs (https://mercychefs.com) does exactly that.
